XIII International scientifically-practical conference Association of the Russian Detectives
From June, 28 till July, 2th, 2010 in Kazan will pass XIII International scientifically-practical conference Association of the Russian Detectives.
Members НП will take part in Conference work Association of the Russian Detectives. Representatives of committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation on safety, ДООП the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, private detectives not members ARD, our colleagues from near and far abroad are invited.
At Conference pressing questions of development of private detective business to Russia flowing and perspective questions of ability to live of Association will be discussed. The interesting cultural-entertaining program Is supposed.

It has been noticed, that for 5 years of activity НП « АСД» has done huge work on its formation, creation and expansion of a uniform information field, creation of system of interaction, an information exchange, creation and development of vocational training, an exchange of experience. Geography of participants НП « АСД» has widely stepped for limits of the Siberian Federal district, in its numbers more than 60 members from more than 30 regions of Russia, and also Ukraine and the Great Britain. Today НП « АСД» has got the status of the all-Russian organisation (the report is applied).

НП « Association Siberian Детективов».
Having heard and having discussed the report of President НП « Association Siberian Детективов» « About five years' activity НП « АСД». A role and the Association place in modern detective movement in Russia. Prospects of development in the conditions of the varying legislation in РФ» - participants of conference with satisfaction notice, that for five years of work the Association has got the status of the all-Russian organisation. In its numbers of 66 members – detectives and the detective enterprises, from more than 30 regions of Russia. The association has really created and develops a uniform information field in Russia and behind its limits. The system and mechanisms of management by the organisation, организованно interaction between members of association, and also with law-enforcement and power structures is created. The system of vocational training and an exchange of experience successfully develops.
Considering really developed conditions in the country in sphere of the private detective activity, constantly extending geography of participants of Association, an official recognition Coordination council Presidium on interaction with security-detective structures at Department of protection of a public order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, НП « Association Siberian Детективов» - the organisation of the all-Russian value – participants of Conference have solved:
1. For official giving НП « АСД» the status of the all-Russian organisation – to carry out change in the organisation name, to replace a word « Сибирских» on a word reflecting the Russian value. With that end in view, in December, 2008 to spend, among members of Association competition on the name of our organisation.
2. To create working group, as a part of members of board NP « АСД» for preparation of changes in charter НП « АСД».
3. On the basis of the prepared materials to carry out changes in Charter НП « АСД» by the state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
4. To approve and support the decision of Subcommittee TPP of the Russian Federation on assistance of formation of the industry of safety about transfers of prospective changes to item 5 of the Law of the Russian Federation « About private detective and security activity in Russian Федерации» in Committee of the State Duma on safety.
